OPT-SRI Wall Mounting Safe Rack IP65

Wall mounting safe racks OPT-SRI are designed for industrial applications. OPT-SRI racks provided IP65 protection class against dust and water ingress.
Application areas are semi-open areas like factories, warehouses, lean-to roof conditions, where no direct rain and environmental effects. Totally gasketed door, IP65 performing casted handled locking with one point or three point locking system, isolated cable entries provides the best performance on the water and dust ingress.
t=1.5mm thickness material, mono block welded construction, with surface finish, type thermoreactive powder coating, thickness 80-120μm in RAL7038 light grey color or optionally RAL9005 black color. The paint is intended for outdoor use and is composed of pure polyester, it provides the corrosion resistence.

Using: The possibility of mounting the rack on the wall from the outside of the cabinet, it means attaching the already equipped cabinet to the wall (we recommend to attach the brackets to the cabinet, even before equipping)

Casted iron handled locking with 3point locking system provides security and anti-vandal structure, where helps maintaining the IP65 protection.

Grounded front door to the main body with yellow/green 4,0 mm diameter copper wire.
Front door has the strengthening bar welded inside part of the front door, 2 pcs U shaped.

19’’ rails of OPT-SRI OPTOKON rack are with automated silk-screen U numbering, depends on size 4U to 28U, same from top to bottom or bottom to top results to same U height selection. No matter from where you have started counting.
19’’ rails are 4 fold bending surfaces, 1.5mm thickness provides the high load capacities.
19’’ rails are made of steel with 8-12 micron zinc plating for corrosion resistance. 19’’ rails are adjustable in depth.
Cabinets are delivered with 1 set (2 pcs) of 19’’ rails in front.
The front door is being closed on gasketing system on the flange bends of the enclosure body.
The rack can be attached to wall via the four holes on the back of the cabinet.
