About the role

We are a rapidly growing company specializing in the development and assembly of electronic devices. We are looking for a skilled colleague to join our team as a process engineer, who will help implement and optimize our manufacturing processes.

  • Development and optimization of manufacturing processes in electronics production
  • Introduction of new products into mass production and during the development phase
  • Collaboration with the R&D department and production
  • Preparation of technical documentation and work instructions
  • Troubleshooting and process improvement (LEAN, 5S, etc.)
  • Quality assurance and non-conformance analysis
  • Employee training

Requirements:

Education

High school or college degree in a technical field (electrical engineering, electronics, mechatronics, etc.), ideally with experience in metal cabling

Experience

  • At least 2–3 years of experience in a similar position at a manufacturing company
  • Experience in electronics manufacturing (soldering, assembly of electrical equipment)

Professional knowledge and skills

  • Ability to interpret technical documentation
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes in electrical engineering
  • Computer skills (MS Office, ideally ERP systems)

Professional qualifications (regulations)

  • Valid professional qualification pursuant to Government Regulation No. 194/2022 Coll. (formerly Regulation No. 50/1978 Coll.), at least §6 – Electrical Engineer
  • Higher qualification (§7) is a plus
