LMSP-10.B Climate Chamber Testing: An Inside Look
At OPTOKON, rigorous testing is a core part of our quality assurance process. In this inside look, we take you through the climate chamber testing of our LMSP-10.B Ruggedized All-In-One Unit, where we push the device to its limits to ensure it performs reliably in real-world extreme environment applications.

The LMSP-10.B is placed inside a climate temperature chamber and subjected to temperatures reaching up to 70 degrees Celsius. The goal is straightforward: to confirm that every aspect of the unit remains fully functional and stable under conditions it may face in actual field deployment.
Testing covers both hardware and software performance. On the hardware side, we verify the physical integrity and operational stability of all components under sustained thermal stress. On the software side, we run the unit under load to ensure the system remains responsive and stable, including verification of display functionality and data transmission performance under demanding conditions.
This type of testing is not a one-time exercise. It is a regular part of OPTOKON's quality assurance workflow, ensuring that every unit we deliver meets the standards our customers in defence, security, and critical infrastructure rely on.
