Based on a request from builders or persons authorized by them, we provide, in accordance with Section 161 of Act No. 183/2006 Coll., on spatial planning and building regulations (the Building Act), a statement on the existence of technical infrastructure, including the conditions for the protection of the electronic communications networks concerned and other information necessary for project activities and the execution of construction works.

Costs associated with obtaining a single statement on the existence of technical infrastructure:

Negative statement:            CZK 220.00 excluding VAT
Coordination statement:      CZK 220.00 excluding VAT

Price list for marking work:

1. basic framework/flat rate/marking = CZK 4,520 excluding VAT (preparation of documents, max. 4 hours of work, up to 50 km travel, up to 100 running meters of route marking)
2. additional work during marking SEK above the basic framework:

• transportation beyond the basic scope - CZK 15.00/km
• marking beyond the basic scope - CZK 700.00/hour/worker
• route marking beyond the basic scope - CZK 20.00/running meter

The prices listed are exclusive of VAT.
