Title: Optical fiber components with new optical connector standards for security-critical applications

Cíl:
The project aims to achieve five binding results. Two prototypes of measuring stations PRO1 (implementation of an 8-channel measuring station), PRO2 (implementation of a 16-channel measuring station), PRO3 (optical cable prototype), PRO4 (TEST-SET handheld tester) and verified optical cable production technology (OVT - Optical Cable Production). The results of PRO1 and PRO2 are supporting results for measuring the properties of optical cables to achieve the results of PRO3 and OVT.
The main objective is to produce the PRO3 and OVT prototypes, which are a new type of optical cable designed for new interconnection systems for use in data centers. The unique feature of the optical cable lies in the completely unique minimization of the dimensions of all components used and the resulting maximum utilization of the capacity of standard data racks.
